April Narcan Training

The Vernon ROCKS Coalition hosted a free Narcan Training with the Rockville Public Library and Climb Medical on April 4,2019 at 6pm. Narcan, also known as Naloxone, is a prescription medication that blocks the effects of opioids (including heroin and prescription drugs) and reverses an overdose. The participants learned about overdose prevention, signs of an overdose, and how to administer Narcan.
